HPMC PD100M for mortar application

Appearance is White to slightly off-white fibrous or granular powder. Swells in water and produces a clear to opalescent,viscous colloidal mixture, high transparency, stable performance, HPMC dissolved in water is not affected by pH value.  With thickening ability, salt resistance to low ash powder, pH stability, water retention, dimensional stability, excellent film formation, and a wide range of enzyme resistance, dispersion and adhesion characteristics. 

The application areas are as follows: masonry mortar, insulation board supporting mortar, thermal insulation mortar, decorative mortar, plastering dry powder mortar, interface mortar, anti-crack mortar, waterproof dry powder mortar, caulking agent, floor mortar, etc.

Characteristics of ceramic mortar

1. good water holding capacity makes cement hydration more complete.

2. improve the wet viscosity of wet mortar and improve the bonding strength of mortar.

3. improve the spraying or pumping performance of mortar and structural strength.

HPMC packaging and storage

Barrel or paper plastic bag lined with polyethylene film inner bag. Net weight of each bag: 25kg.

Protect from sun and rain during storage and transportation.
